Job Summary
The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment: Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition is currently seeking an Administrative Support Associate to provide administrative support for the unit. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, exhibiting maturity and good judgment, have experience working with MS Outlook, shared calendars, digital filing systems, procurement, and clerical support the PNBC Lab, Lemon Tree Restaurant, and Campus Kitchen. Previous work experience demonstrating excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work independently are preferred.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Attention to detail, excellent organizations skills, general understanding of basic accounting principles, and strong customer service skills. Knowledge of UK Business Procedures and SAP are a plus.
