Responsibilities

  • Provides objective insights on development opportunities and strengths of key talent populations in scope
  • Participates in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to talent management, organizational development, and HR process improvement efforts
  • Assists in the development of talent management communications, presentations, and training materials to educate employees and managers on talent management processes and initiatives
  • Regularly creates reports on talent management metrics, initiatives, and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic alignment
  • Utilizes talent analytics to inform decision-making and assess the effectiveness of talent management programs, helping align talent management programs to ensure they are integrated with the company's strategic talent agenda
  • Serves as administrator for Talent Management Sharepoint sites, manages system reports and work sclosely with HRIS and HR Services to ensure there is alignment in services being communicated to employees and leaders
  • Coordinates with cross functional teams to incorporate the broader talent strategy into the Performance program
  • Assesses, updates, and evolves the talent and performance management system to foster high performance, feedback culture, and continuous improvement
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in talent management including capability assessment, key talent development, workforce planning, talent pipeline, and/or succession pool development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS in Education, Learning, Psychology, Leadership Development, or other related degree
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors Talent Management modules including succession, performance, development, and goal management to support the talent and development planning processes
  • Experience using Power BI to build talent reports

Additional Information

This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
