Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the development and updating of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and educational events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of training databases, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the onboarding of new employees to foster their successful integration into the team and organization.
- Aid in the development and enhancement of e-learning resources to provide engaging and effective learning opportunities for employees.
- Observe individual coaching and/or assist in the development of professional growth resources (training plans, development plans or performance plans, etc.)
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, responding to inquiries, and assisting with general departmental tasks as needed.
- This opportunity does have the potential for a hybrid/flexible experience.
Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution.
2. Registered and/or currently taking a practicum and/or internship course.
3. Reliable transportation means for commuting to and from our Wernersville campus.
4. Commit to the duration of the internship program and fulfill the required hours as outlined by the affiliation agreement between the organization and university.
Education, Knowledge, & Skill Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in communications, psychology, human resources, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with educational software or learning management systems is desirable.
Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate research findings to diverse audiences.
Attention to Detail:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Adaptability and Initiative:
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute creatively to training initiatives, with a genuine interest in educational and professional development.
