JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Website Launch Cycle Management: Ensure a clear understanding and execution of the website launch cycle, from requirements gathering to go-live, QA, and ongoing updates.
- Manage Website Update Requests: Handle daily website update ticket requests, ensuring timely and responsive communication with clients.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the technical project manager to build timelines, assess team capacity, and support the development team with feature rollouts. Collaborate with the product team to recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency within the CRM system.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, gathering website requirements, setting expectations, and providing regular updates.
- Implement Website Updates: Make direct updates to websites as needed, ensuring timely resolution of client requests and preparation for launch.
- Monitor Performance and Maintenance: Manage ongoing maintenance of all websites, addressing client needs, and implementing updates as required.
- Process and Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve client satisfaction.
- Contractor and Team Management: Manage web specialists and/or contractors to ensure timely project completion and alignment with quality standards.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in website management, web operations, or digital marketing, with a strong focus on managing large portfolios of websites.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with Sitecore (Content Editor, Experience Editor, Sitecore Forms, Workflows) on versions 8, 9, or 10.x or similar CMSs is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage contractors or web specialists, with experience overseeing distributed teams or external vendors.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of web technologies, HTML/CSS, and web development processes, along with a solid grasp of SEO best practices.
- Account Management Experience in an Agency Environment: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, gather requirements, and clearly communicate expectations and processes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Rare or occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings, training programs, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.

- Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
