Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary subject matter expert for the Workday Talent and Learning modules.
  • Configures and maintains core Talent functions, including performance management, succession planning, career development, and learning management processes.
  • Manages business processes and tenant configuration for Talent and Learning-related functions.
  • Designs and implements talent management workflows, such as goal setting, performance reviews, talent pool management, and learning plan assignments.
  • Develops and maintains talent profiles, skills assessments, competency frameworks, and learning catalogs within Workday.
  • Creates and manages succession plans, career pathing, and internal mobility programs.
  • Develops and runs advanced reports and dashboards to provide insights on talent metrics, learning analytics, and employee development.
  • Troubleshoots complex issues and provide high-level technical support to HR team members, managers, and employees.
  • Collaborates with other HRIS team members to ensure seamless integration with other Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation).
  • Stays current with Workday updates and new features, recommending and implementing improvements.
  • Serves as SME, providing guidance to change management and users on Workday Talent and Learning functionality.
  • Oversees system testing during Workday updates and migrations.
  • Ensures proper implementation and adherence to talent management and learning compliance requirements.
  • Creates and maintains documentation for business requirements, training job aids, system configuration, and functional specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Three to five years of experience as a Workday Administrator with a strong focus on the Talent and Learning modules is required.
  • Workday Talent and Learning certifications are required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday's architecture, security model, and business processes.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and employee development best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Workday report writing and dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of HR data privacy and compliance regulations.
  • Familiarity with skills taxonomies, competency models, and learning management systems.
  • Expertise in data validation, testing, and implementation strategies.

Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay for this role is $75,100 to $84,300.
