To provide support services for the Kinney College of Nursing and Health Professions, Master of Health Administration, Health Informatics and Information Management, Gerontology and Nursing programs. This position also provides support to the Senior Administrative Associate. Duties/Responsibilities&nbsp; <ul><li>Assist in development, maintenance, and improvement of student information systems by establishing files on new students; entering information in databases; compiling reports; preparing student lists and mailings; for two undergraduate programs and one graduate program. </li><li>Provide support to the program Chair(s) and faculty including credit card use &amp; reconciliation, collection and collation of accreditation documents, and curriculum documents. </li><li>Maintain and track student health documentation for both programs. Process student forms and update student records. </li><li>Assist in the preparation of special events/projects for students, staff, and faculty. Assist in compilation of data for accreditation reports as needed. </li><li>Establish and maintain student files and databases to facilitate student selection and orientation, and health records.
