<br><h4>Overview</h4><p>The Warehouse administrative assistant is responsible for a variety of clerical tasks to aid management with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.</p><h4>Responsibilities</h4><p>Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited&nbsp;to the following:</p><ul><li>Outside carrier communications</li><li>Aiding in the schedule of contract deliveries</li><li>Clearly and efficiently communicate information to all levels within the organization</li><li>Create PT’s for Paterson contract orders</li><li>Print all invoices for outbound deliveries </li><li>Receive all PO’s for contract divisions</li><li>Print receiving labels &amp; pallet identification labels </li><li>Ensure all receiving photos of equipment are logged into our system with correct dates</li></ul><p>Available to work a Monday- Friday; 8 am-5:00 pm schedule (lunch 12:30 to 1:30)</p><h4>Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities</h4><ul><li>Excellent communication skills (via calls and emails)</li><li>Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook</li><li>Ability to multi-task and detail oriented</li><li>High School Diploma or GED required</li></ul><p><strong>Pay range is $19 - $24/hr</strong></p><p>At Singer Equipment Company, we value each and every one of our dedicated staff and therefore are pleased to offer a competitive starting wage, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short term and long-term disability, 401K with company match, group life insurance, flexible spending, paid time off, and paid holidays.</p><p>EOE/M/F/Veterans/Disability</p>
