Find your place in risk and analytics on #TeamAmex.American Express is looking for an impactful Executive Assistant to support the Global Head of Commercial Rating and Underwriting (CRU), which is part of the Credit &amp; Fraud Risk organization. This Vice President leader is based in Sandy, Utah and has teams in New York, Phoenix, London, Singapore, Sydney, and India.&nbsp; The role will also support one of the leader's Vice Presidents who leads the Americas team.How will you make an impact in this role?You must be capable of handling a wide range of administrative tasks, while working independently.&nbsp; Understanding the prioritization of requests, building positive relationships, and being able to navigate large, complex organizations fluidly will be crucial for success in this role.&nbsp; You will interface and work with several other Executive Assistants within American Express, and in some cases, senior-level leaders.&nbsp; The candidate must use considerable discretion, independent discernment, and be able to multitask.&nbsp;Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Highly organized with ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail, prioritization, adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness, efficiency, and follow up</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and accuracy even while under pressure</li><li>Demonstrated ability to act diplomatically and respectfully when communicating with key internal and external customers and individuals of varying levels</li><li>Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion</li><li>Strong work ethic, highly self-motivated, with willingness to take direction</li><li>Ability to be dedicated and take initiative to anticipate needs</li><li>Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Friendly demeanor with ultra-positive and infectious attitude</li><li>Strong MS Office experience: PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Outlook</li><li>Requires a high school diploma</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Knowledge of Concur, Ariba, and various other administrative tools</li><li>College degree</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of full time work experience with strong references</li></ul>Salary Range: $24.05 to $48.10 hourly + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition.
