This involves reviewing incoming work requests, scoping and prioritizing the jobs, developing the parts list, and staging the parts once onsite with job instructions for the maintenance crew. The maintenance planner is responsible for parts inventory, including goods receipts on maintenance parts orders, parts consumptions on work orders, and supporting inventory related activities. General knowledge of mobile equipment repair, A/C and heating systems, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems.
