Primary Purpose of Job Under the direction of an Engineering Lead, this position is responsible for effecting workable solutions to engineering and production problems and solving those problems rapidly and with minimum operational interference. The incumbent communicates continually with all levels of personnel in the Maintenance, Planning, Production, Purchasing, Human Resources, Finance, and EHS Departments, as well as with Technical Supervisors and other Engineering &amp; Design Department personnel. Collaborates regularly with developers, architects, analysts, data scientists, and business facing users across various data initiatives, and ensures delivered solutions effectively satisfy business needs. Prior managerial experience and work in a high-tech environment are preferable.</li><li>Working knowledge and practical experience with MSSQL and other relational databases.</li><li>Understanding of various big data management tools/techniques, e.g. Hadoop, Snowflake, Redshift, Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks, etc.</li><li>Understanding of data governance concepts.</li><li>Prior experience with Salesforce, including knowledge of the data model, CRMA recipes, and embedded dashboards.</li><li>Ability to use tools and methods like SQL, Excel, and Tableau to perform data reconciliation.</li><li>Strong leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.</li><li>Strong consensus building skills and the ability to find common ground or mutual agreement across complex topics involving compromise, negotiation, and similar tactics.</li><li>Ability to quickly learn the data and business processes within the applicable source applications.</li><li>Ability to express complex, technical topics to management, peers, and others who may not possess a strong data background. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
