In this role you will drive innovation with the BOT hardware team with a focus on sustaining engineering of our current fleet of thousands of mobile robots and drive development of new products. &nbsp;You will identify and develop product enhancements, support production, and the robots in the field, along with working on new product development. &nbsp;You will be part of a team of highly talented Mechanical, Embedded, Compliance, Systems, and Project Engineers.    &nbsp;What we do &nbsp;We are a fast-growing team designing mobile robots with a focus on new product development. AutoCAD, other CAD software and FEA are assets. </li></ul><ul><li>PLM experience a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Versed in design and drafting standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of fabrication processes (turning, milling, welding, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Work, Outlook).</li></ul><ul><li>Autonomy and ability to manage priorities. </li></ul><ul><li>Availability to travel outside of the metropolitan area and abroad.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to resolve and analyze problems.</li></ul><ul><li>Customer centered approach. </li></ul><ul><li>Team player skills, with discipline and concerned for quality. </li></ul><ul><li>Flexibility to work under pressure and in an environment where priorities change.</li></ul>Our Environment<ul><li>Up to 25% - 50% of travel may be required.
