MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - Plant 3 - Off Shift

This off-shift (2nd or 3rd) position is located in our Plant 5, Ti-Cast and HIP Operations. Responsibilities will include execution of preventative maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff; participate in plant safety inspections; oversee repairs of breakdowns; oversee preventative maintenance; work with outside contractors; coordinate office moves and rearrangements; direct maintenance of equipment; maintain responsibility for maintenance of building. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</li></ul> PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li>Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment, preferably a maintenance department.</li><li>Must be able to read blueprints</li><li>Experience with TPM, Synchronous Mfg, and Kaizen Concepts.</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, have good team building skills, excellent people skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, technically oriented.</li><li>Must be energetic and a self-starter, able to promote and implement change, have good PC skills, good telephone skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to promote a continuous improvement atmosphere.</li></ul> About Howmet Aerospace Howmet Aerospace Inc.
