This position offers a dynamic work environment where you’ll handle a wide variety of maintenance tasks, from routine upkeep of building systems to addressing unscheduled repairs. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, HVAC components (like air handling units, thermostats, and valves), mechanical systems, and architectural hardware such as locksets and doors. Your expertise will extend to addressing issues with wastewater piping, fire alarms, medical gas, motors, and more.
