Healio LIVE, a member of the Wyanoke Group, organizes in-person continuing education meetings for healthcare specialists. We're seeking an Event Marketing Specialist, who will report directly to the VP of Marketing/Design, to promote educational opportunities to healthcare professionals and exhibit/sponsorship opportunities to industry members. This position may be fully remote, however, if local to our southern NJ office, may work 1-2 days in the office when needed. This opportunity is a full-time and salaried position with occasional travel.

The Event Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing multiple marketing plans to achieve meeting branding, engagement, attendance goals, exhibit/sponsorship participation and onsite presence. Promotional plans include print, digital, email, web, social media, and SEO communications such as journal advertisements, brochures, post cards, letters, emails, websites, web ads, SEO ads, social media posts and paid campaigns. Onsite at the events, we need to continue the branding and already generate momentum for the next year - we produce stage presence, signage, welcome and directional booths, program materials, custom and sponsored premium items, and more.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage ongoing projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, multi-task, stay organized, pay attention to details, take direction, write professionally and creatively, proofread, work both independently and as part of a team, interact with all levels of the company, work together with web/print designers, solve problems, be self-motivated, driven to succeed, and be enthusiastic about accomplishing goals personally, as a team and as a company.

If you're the person in your circle who finds typos on menus, loves making to do lists and feels fulfilled crossing off completed tasks, plans all the parties, organizes the group vacations, sends a save the date way too far in advance, and is obsessed with checking all your accounts for updated activity...then you'll most likely be a rockstar in this position.
