The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge Network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Site & Application Marketing team within USCM leads Prospect's Card Shop and Application experience which are both quintessential to our ability to convert prospects. Site & App is a high visibility channel that requires close collaboration with partners across the blue box to operate and is focused on driving strategic integrations and membership focused marketing across prospect shop and application.

The Sr. Analyst - Card Shop and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy will work cross-functionally to support and execute on marketing opportunities that will push our site & SEO strategies towards their 'next gen' phase. More specifically, the incumbent's focus areas will include strategic initiatives within the Prospect Card Shop channel such as enhancing our mobile-first UX, implementing new T&L projects, and maintaining and optimize Card Shop's On-Page and Off-page SEO presence. The Sr. Analyst will support these strategies by partnering with channel owners across Site, the marketing analytics organization, Enterprise Technical and SEO partners, and other cross-functional partners across the blue box.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Support and execute innovative initiatives that will allow us to reach new, diverse audiences and build 'next generation' website experiences
  • Partner with the run of business marketing arm of the Site & Application team to source performance insights and learnings that should underpin next gen shop strategies
  • Develop SEO strategies aligning with broader marketing and product initiatives
  • Help maintain SEO across Card Shop - keeping up to date with trends & following best practices 
  • Support the operations of enhancing marketing campaigns with SEO recommendations and updates
  • Manage and deliver SEO projects from start to finish
  • Work with external agency and cross-functional departments to develop and track all details of SEO initiatives

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of SEO experience
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful SEO results 
  • Knowledgeable of the latest SEO best practices
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, Conductor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude 
  • Strong project management, and organizational skills with an attention to detail to ensure end-to-end flawless execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivation and excitement to be an active member of a high-profile, results-oriented and fun, fast-paced team
  • Bachelor's Degree

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
