Job Description:Saybrook University is seeking Adjunct Faculty Members to join its Department of Counseling.Teaching in our online MA Counseling program requires faculty to engage students through discussion and assignments as outlined in the course syllabi, provide students with substantive feedback, and respond to student questions and concerns in a timely manner. The Adjunct Faculty member will also maintain communication with Department Administration, Faculty, and Students.Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Note: Substantive faculty interactions with students may/often include (but not be limited to) methods such as email, phone, video teleconference, Residential Conference meetings.</li><li>Saybrook Adjunct Faculty are expected to respond to students by using their Saybrook email address (@saybrook.edu), Canvas inbox, or by phone within two (2) business days no matter where they are located.</li><li>In addition to scheduled student appointments, Adjunct Faculty are expected to post and provide two (2) hours of drop-in office hours via Zoom per month. These time blocks should be no less than thirty (30) minutes each.
