HVAC Systems Superintendent

As the assistant operations manager (AOM), you will maintain the facilities' efficiency and good working conditions. Other responsibilities include assuring adequate staffing numbers on duty, assuring equipment is checked out properly and that the equipment is in good working order, evaluating and moving problem reports to the proper person, entering faculty requests into the checkout system, and maintaining the database.
