To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.&nbsp; A Roadie Support Representative must have good customer service skills, be able to analyze an incoming issue or question and follow through to resolution. A Roadie Support Representative is able to assist the customer in a clear and effective manner over the phone and via email. They are able to record detailed accounts of actions taken to resolve an issue.
