May prescribe medication in some cases.<dt><h4>Minimum Qualifications</h4></dt>APRN 1: Doctorate or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university and/or other education requirements approved by the Georgia Board of Nursing AND Certification in the specialty area(s) approved by Georgia Board of Nursing AND Two years nursing experience AND Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse AND Georgia License as a APRN AND Current certification in specialty area AND CPR certification.
