ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM The Development team provides the road map to achieving TCRP’s fundraising and donor stewardship goals. The Development team executes strategies to raise funds to support TCRP and its future while fostering an organizational culture of philanthropy. POSITION SUMMARY The Grants Manager identifies, cultivates, and secures grant funds supporting general operations and agency initiatives. The Grants Manager supports a grant portfolio of funders contributing up to $100,000 in annual gifts and drives the institutional funder prospecting process.
